This annual encounter gathers officials from the three levels of government, the entrepreneurial and educational sectors and offers the possibility to participate in forums, exhibitions and lectures about ICT. This way, private and public institutions such as the government, city councils, educational bodies and scientific research institutes, can collaborate. The ultimate goal is to lay the grounds for the collaboration among participants in future projects and business opportunities for a positive effect on the social and economical development of Veracruz.
