On 28 February, the Sant Cugat del Vallès theatre-auditorium will host the second ITESS Conference, entitled 'Chronic Patient? Action! Innovation and Transformation in Integrated Healthcare'. Under this premise, the event will centre on four subject areas of major interest to healthcare professionals and other agents in the sector: the empowered patient, decision support systems, home care, and care integration. Attendees and collaborators will have the opportunity to participate in meetings, interviews and debates on tools to guarantee better health care and management by means of innovation and the commissioning of transformative projects.
