Innovative and consolidated solutions for smart infrastructure and building environments. At present our solution has been deployed at national and international buildings and complexes in a range of sectors, including offices with commercial facilities. Examples include the Antara Polanco building in Mexico City, road and tunnel control centers, and a number of penitentiary centers (CP North I in Alava and CP North II in Navarra), in the latter case replacing the former control system thanks to the new platform's extensive integration capacity.
At present smart building and infrastructure projects need to support systems such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), as well as lighting and security (Safety & Security): fire detection and extinction, access control, perimeter control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, public address, telephone and intercom systems, etc.
At the smart buildings and infrastructure where we deploy our platforms, all systems are fully integrated into a centralized application. This allows interaction with all the various subsystems to ensure optimal and secure management and operations. For example, should a fire alarm be triggered the centralized system sends orders to the HVAC system to perform the required actions regarding ventilation systems, while also operating access control systems to unlock any doorways or turnstiles that might hinder evacuation of the building, as well as to alert staff and emergency response teams to the danger.
