Indra is the main sponsor of Masts third edition (Maritime Systems & Technology), one of the main forums of the Maritime Security and Defence sector in Europe, which will be held from 12th to 14th of November in Cadiz. The main military and government organisations, companies of the sector, universities and R+D institutions concerned with maritime security and naval systems will attend the event.
The Spanish Armada offered its institutional support on occasion of the event which will be a meeting point to well-known personalities of the sector at international level. Issues will be discussed for three days and breakthroughs regarding technology and maritime operations will be presented.
Indra will present its integral offer of solutions oriented to the maritime sector and will also present several papers. Some of the issues to be discussed are those related with current trends regarding identification and surveillance systems, knowledge of the maritime environment, the future of unmanned vehicles at sea, application of knowledge management in the Armada or the development and future trends in maritime communications, among others.
This year, a large number of professionals from all over the world is expected. Indra has cooperated with the organisation to have the participation of the best speakers of the sector. Last year in Genoa (Italy), the event was attended by more than 1000 participants from 37 countries.
