The goal of HEROIC is to empower leading European IR suppliers to design and manufacture European ROICs for the next generation of cooled and uncooled IRs.

System-Level Requirements and ROIC Specifications
A) Define and select, from a system perspective, the use cases from which the high-level requirements and design blocks for the ROICs will be extracted.
B) Evaluate and validate the CMOS technology on which the low-level design will be carried out.
