We are committed to female talent with a STEM vocation to improve the world

Talent and diversity

Through the Indra Hack Day initiative, we challenge young university students to imagine how technology contributes to solving sustainability challenges

The aim of the Indra Hack Day initiative is to stimulate the talent of STEM-minded young women and show how technology can contribute to the goals of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

More than 200 female university and VET students with a scientific-technological background have participated in the 3 editions of the Indra Hack Days held in Spain between 2018 and 2020.

During these days, participants work in teams and learn how to put disruptive innovation techniques into practice. They also learn, through Indra executives, real examples of how technology can contribute to solving the goals of the SDGs. All the ideas are evaluated by a jury that rewards the most disruptive and with the greatest impact.

The Hack Day initiative has a global vocation and Indra subsidiaries in countries such as Italy, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Peru also organize similar events.
