Indra has participated in the GE Electricity Value Network (EVN) Partner Day, which took place in Berlin on the 12th of June ahead of Minds + Machines Europe 2017. This event was dedicated to empower GE’s partners with sales and marketing enablement, as well as immerse them in the vision and value of a digital industrial. As one of GE’s partners, Indra’s director of Utilities area, Leonardo Benitez took part in the session “Identifying EVN Sales Plays”, in which some partner successes by PwC, Tecnicas Reunidas and Indra were discussed.
Indra representatives also attended to the main event, called Minds + Machines, that brought together a global community of GE customers, developers, partners, industry experts, and technology leaders, who shared their experiences, insights, and know-how on digital industrial transformation. Participants discussed on how the power and utility industry is experiencing incredible shifts as renewable energy takes on new significance, new grid configurations emerge and consumers and business owners are proactive participants in the power equation.
