• Both companies will cooperate in the organization, commercialization and implementation of CLH’s business model in other countries and companies.
CLH Group’s Chief Executive Officer, Jose Luis López de Silanes and Indra’s CEO, Regino Moranchel, signed a framework agreement at CLH’s headquarters today. The cooperation agreement seeks to promote CLH’s business model internationalization in the oil products sector.
The objective of this agreement is to organize, commercialize and implement CLH’s business model in third countries and in oil products companies in order to promote the company’s logistics services across the world and in other sectors.
The first step will be the organization of the business model so that it can be completely or partially commercialized and the identification of potential clients in countries and markets which could benefit from the implementation of CLH’s model.
The agreement includes services of consultancy of strategy and operations, organization and processes and implementation of information systems.
During the ceremony, CLH Group’s CEO pointed out: “the cooperation agreement will help promote CLH Group’s internationalization project thanks to Indra’s broad international experience”.
Indra’s CEO mentioned that “this agreement will give Indra new opportunities to offer its clients added-value services, combining experience in strategy consultancy services for the implementation of business models with its capacity to innovate in technology”.
