Indra, the premier IT company in Spain and a leading IT multinational in Europe, and the Fundación Inteligencia y Sociedad have signed a collaboration agreement in order to promote talent development in Spain and to optimise the capacities of smart youths for the benefit of the society. This agreement is in line with Indra's commitment to talent and diversity as key factors to innovation and sustainability. 

Besides this, Indra will join the Advisor Council of the Fundación, a public-interest and a non-profit organization devoted to the study of human intelligence and to the development oftalent with a special focus on highly smart children and youths. 

Highly smart youths often suffer from integration problems due to either the absence of an adequate educational system that meets their capacities and boosts their talent and creativity or to their own emotional issues which hinder the progress of their social skills to gain access to professions or tasks they are very capable of performing. 

Fundación Inteligencia y Sociedad seeks to disseminate and advertise the profile of highly smart people to facilitate their integration in society as well as to implement activities to develop talent and education in every sector of the society.
