The IT company will manage Caja Navarra's back office and telephone banking services for around €100m for a 10-year period.

The agreement includes the integration of Vialogos Eficiencia and Vialogar companies in Indra.

Caja Navarra (CAN) and Indra, the premier IT company in Spain and a leading IT multinational in Europe signed a strategic agreement to optimise the quality of customer services. This way, the IT company becomes CAN's preferred partner in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) and IT services in the long term.

With this agreement, Indra –through its subsidiary Indra BMB, a leader in bpo services- will manage back office and telephone banking services such as: factoring, document management, confirming, bank renting and customer services. CAN's customers will benefit from Indra's experience and high-tech solutions. The services are expected to amount to around 100 million euros for a ten-year period.

In addition, Vialogos Eficiencia and Vialogar, CAN's investee companies, will be integrated in Indra. Vialogos Eficiencia is in the outsourcing line, covering financial, legal and administrative services while Vialogar provides telephone banking services.

Broad knowledge of the financial sector

Indra cooperates in innovation processes of the main Spanish companies of the financial and insurance sector with nine out of the ten main companies as clients. The IT company offers solutions which cover the entities' value chain thoroughly, from design of complex systems to application maintenance and business process outsourcing where technology has a differential value.

The IT company has promoted its positioning in the financial market in Latin America and Europe and works alongside some of the main Spanish Banking institutions in their international expansion.
