Project Description
ITECBAN Core Banking Technological Evolution to cover Small and Medium Financial Institutions in model "as a Service".
The development and modernization are based on the use of advanced technologies that bring efficiency to the system and competitiveness to the final customer.
The latest scanning strategies and development of fronts compatibles with different devices will be explored; flexible technologies will also be used in order to optimize processes (BPM-BAM), encouraging the use of the most competitive standards in the market.

Indra's Role
Indra is the project´s leader and is delegated by the consortium with administrative and dialogue activities with CDTI.
Indra is involved in all work packages identified in the project:
PT.1 Management, coordination and documentation/system
- Project´s Management and coordination, establishing technical and commercial documentation of the project.
PT.2 Advanced Hiring System I
- Banking system to address business tasks with final customers. With document management tools, mobility and implementation of BPM processes.
PT.3 Multirisk line. Basic multicurrency
- Complete ITECBAN functionality to strengthen the coverage and competitiveness of the system.
PT.4 Location in México
- Studies of operational differences to undertake measures of foreign location, in this case focused on commercial actions in the Mexican market.
PT.5 Advanced Hiring System II
- Development of the hiring system to cover the hiring of all banking products.
PT.6 Advanced Payment System
- Integration with payment system functionally evolved and complete.
