The IV International Congress of Free Software and Electronic Government (CONSEGI) is a strategic event to promote debate on the use and management of technologies in free software, in association with electronic government, citizenship, interoperability of the government systems, knowledge exchange and implementation of norms and standards. The event will take place from the 11 to 13 of May.
