The World Passenger Symposium 2014 will focus on how industry collaboration can trigger innovation and drive value through innovation for the benefit of customers. In addition, it will cover the transformation currently taking place in the industry in the areas of Distribution, Customer Experience and Design Airport. The question whether the New Distribution System (NDC) will bring radical changes in the way air products will be distributed to final consumers, or if it is just a natural evolution of an industry that is lagging in terms of sale retail products will be questioned.
