Empowering Patients through eHealth: the European Evidence. PALANTE Project Final conference

The conference “Empowering Patients through eHealth: the European Evidence” presents eHealth solutions devoted to enhancing the role of patients in the management of their diseases in order to lessen the overall burden of chronic diseases. Underpinned by the changing relationship between health professionals and patients, the involvement of all stakeholders in making innovation happen is the key theme of this conference.The conference will discuss challenges and opportunities in innovative services to empower patients, and will present the findings from the PALANTE project. Policy makers, health managers and health professionals are offered an excellent opportunity to learn about cutting- edge pilots and key lessons for better implementation.
