1st. Mediterranean Energy Efficiency and Smart Green Cities Conference

On November 7 and 8, El Palau Congress Centre in Tarragona will host the 1st Mediterranean Energy Efficiency and Smart Green Cities Conference, a platform for information, debates and business opportunities within the scope of energy efficiency and smart cities. The conference will include a wide range of speakers and renowned figures, including Jeremy Rifkin, who in addition to his role as senior lecturer of the Wharton School's executive education programme at the University of Pennsylvania is also the author of 'The Third Industrial Revolution'. The second day of the programme of activities will include the reading of the "Declaration of Tarragona", a document prepared with the aim of materialising the objective of aligning Tarragona with the Smart Green Cities of the Mediterranean movement.

Manel Brufau, Indra's Catalonia director, will participate with a presentation entitled 'Smart Infrastructure', covering part of the technology company's extensive range of solutions and services in these sectors.
