Indra Appoints Javier Lázaro as Chief Financial Officer

The Board of Directors of Indra, at the session held today, previous report of the Appointment, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee, has unanimously resolved to appoint Javier Lázaro Rodríguez as new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to replace Juan Carlos Baena, who will leave the Company. This change will become effective in the coming weeks.
