Project Description
The fundamental objective of the project was to develop a system that was able to offer remote assistance services to people with a certain degree of dependence (people of advanced age or individuals with special needs, etc.) so that they may lead an independent life.
AmIE proposes an intelligent and distributed system that allows:
- To integrate medical, monitoring and remote assistance devices into a single system.
- To interact in an intelligent and autonomous manner with users who require a certain degree of dependence.
- To offer new remote assistance services for these populations sectors.
