Indra is collaborating with the digital transformation of the business processes of the García Carrión business group, by enhancing them and adapting them to SAP S/4Hana technology. Consequently, it is going to simplify operational functions and streamline access to and exploitation of information related to the company's management and thus make it more competitive and adapted to the new needs imposed by the market.

With a mixed implementation approach, the processes in all of the group's operational areas will be re-analyzed to enable it to increase its operability and efficiency. For that purpose, García Carrión, with Indra's help, will combine technological re-implementation with converting processes, in cases in which they have become obsolete and not very functional. This will preserve the logs and certain optimal customizations carried out, while helping the company to simplify and optimize those processes that have degraded during the life of its systems.
