In relation to today and yesterday’s media reports regarding a possible operation between Indra and Escribano, the Company informs that, within the framework of its Strategic Plan, it carries out an ongoing process, led by the Chief Executive Officer and in accordance with good governance practices, of analyzing different opportunities with relevant players in the Defence sector which could provide an added value to the Company, including the Escribano Mechanical and Engineering, S.L.U. company, with no decision having been adopted as of today other than those informed to the market.
