We adapt to the context by creating 100% online gamified training programs
As part of our Smart Start program for young talent, and with the aim of facilitating networking and communication, we have activated, as a result of the confinement, digital channels such as Teams so that more than 1,300 young professionals from the company in Spain could interact and access valuable information. All the activities carried out so far have been rated by the participants with scores between 8 or 9 out of 10.

In addition, we have launched a course on business knowledge using game-based learning methodology. We have also adapted to the virtual environment other trainings such as e-Sports, aimed at training young people to work in the new digital work environment, marked by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.

Planeta Indra
We have created a graphic adventure called "Planet Indra" in which, as Onboarding, players must solve puzzles and make decisions to mitigate environmental risk, thus learning to incorporate the company's values into their daily lives.
Digital Onboarding
The new fully digital Onboarding begins with a phase prior to the first day of work, in which we send professionals information about the company and the wellcome pack. Afterwards, they receive their fully virtual and gamified welcome session. In this session, company professionals talk about sustainability, ethics, branding or Indra's technology and business, as well as networking and teamwork dynamics.
