Corporate governance

He holds a degree in Law from the University of Salamanca. He is a State Attorney, Master in Management of Public Sector Contracts and Programs with Special Application to the Defense by the UNED, and Doctor in Law by the Complutense University of Madrid.

He has developed his professional career as a State Attorney in the State Attorney's Office of Castellón and Madrid, as well as in the High Court of Justice of Madrid. He has been General Technical Secretary of the Ministry of Defense and Head of the Legal Office of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. He was also a member of the Commission for Transparency and Good Governance of the General State Administration and coordinator of the Legal Assistance Agreement signed between the State Attorney General's Office-Directorate of the State Legal Service and the State Company Navantia.

He currently holds the position of Chief Legal Officer at Indra, Vice-Secretary of the Board of Directors and member of the Management Committee.
