The platform mission system provides the pilot with real-time critical information a crucial advantage when making decisions.
Indra's electronic defence suite constantly monitors the electromagnetic environment and alerts the pilot to potential threats. The suite information is fully integrated with the platform mission system, which means that the pilot has complete situational awareness at all times. Our electronic defence suite has a built-in advanced countermeasure system for effectively denying hostile radars the use of the electromagnetic spectrum by jamming and/or deceiving their transmissions.
The identification friend or foe system, fully integrated with the radar, interrogates all the platforms in the scenario and guarantees the protection of those identified as allies or non-hostile forces.
Indra offers combined interrogation and response systems incorporating the most sophisticated civilian (Mode S) and military/NATO (Modes 4/5) identification modes.
