Project Description
The project mainly aims to develop a system of diagnosis and prediction oriented to wind turbines, which can estimate automatically and remotely the operation status.
This system will:
- Increase the availability, efficiency and reliability of wind farms
- Reduce time periods and costs associated to maintenance
Theros will integrate in one system, analysis of different sources of information in order to achieve optimum detection, diagnosis and prediction of possible working failure of the wind turbine.
Different information sources:
- Register of SCADA data
- Register of vibrations along the power circuit in the turbine
- State of oils / lubricants inside the turbine
Analysis of different natures:
- Deterministic, aimed at developing expert systems
- Heuristic, aimed at developing machine learning systems
Two kind of Analysis :
- Deterministic, oriented to the develpment of expert systems
- Heuristic, Oriented to the development of automatic self-learning systems
