Our commitment to diversity is a key element of our culture
Equal opportunities, diversity, respect for people and non-discrimination (race, gender, age, language, religion, disability, sexual orientation, opinion, origin, economic position, birth, union membership or any other personal/social condition or circumstance) is a basic principle of action for all the company's professionals. This is a principle that we also ask our partners to comply with.
Our Code of Ethics and Legal Compliance, our Diversity Policy and our Human Rights Policy reflect our commitments to respect and equal opportunities.
Our professionals represent more than 110 nationalities.
We promote multicultural environments in which they are accepted as they are, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, age, religion or nationality.

women at management and leadership levels
We are particularly committed to promoting gender equality. We encourage the presence of women at all levels of the company, developing programs to ensure that there is an increasing female representation in our staff and also at management level.
We work on policies that favor work-life balance, equal opportunities in the selection processes and that are free of gender bias. Our goal is to ensure the presence of female talent at all levels of the organization and to reach 30% of women in leadership and management by 2030. At junior management level 26% are women.
We have equality plans (since 2006) and a Gender Diversity Program (since 2018).
We analyze the wage gap annually to objectively assess the gender pay gap and activate improvement plans that allow us to tackle the causes of these differences. In 2023 the wage gap figure was 2.68% at global level.
Our Gender Diversity Program establishes procedures in all areas that ensure meritocracy to guarantee equal opportunities for all professionals, not only for access to management positions, but from recruitment to training, development and career progression.
Our commitments to gender diversity are
01.
Foster a culture in which it is perceived as a value to have different sensitivities and abilities, overcoming prejudices and stereotypes.
02.
To have procedures in place to ensure meritocracy.
03.
Support women to break down the social barriers that may exist, but also those that they may impose on themselves.
We are one of the Spanish companies that have joined the Target Gender Equality (TGE) program of the United Nations Global Compact, which aims to help companies set and achieve ambitious business goals in terms of women's representation and leadership.
We are part of the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index (GEI) since 2020, having obtained an outstanding score in the five areas taken into account by this certification: female leadership and talent pipeline; equal pay and gender parity; inclusive culture; sexual harassment policies; and institutional support for women.
In Spain we have the Company Equality Distinction awarded by the Government to companies that stand out for their policies and measures to promote gender equality and that demonstrate significant progress in this area.
