Senior Aeronautical Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

He began his professional career in Construcciones Aeronáuticas S.A., where he held various positions of responsibility, becoming Vice President Structure and Design in the MTAD (Military Transport Aircraft Division), which was later integrated into Airbus, under the name of Airbus Military. Within this company, where he remains until 2019, he has held positions of Senior Vice President of Airbus Group, Head of Engineering and Technology of Military Aircraft, Senior Vice President of Operations, and, among others, Senior Vice President of Engineering for the Military Aircraft unit. He has also been Program Manager at Tess Defence.

He is a trustee of the TECNALIA Foundation of the Basque Country, has been awarded the Cross of Aeronautical Merit by the Ministry of Defense and is a founding partner and president of the Blanca Morell Foundation, a statewide foundation dedicated to research against cancer in the central nervous system.

He currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Indra, and member of the Management Committee.
