Graduated with honors in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Pontificia Comillas - ICADE (Madrid), and MBA from IESE Business School.

She began her professional career at Union Bank of Switzerland in London, where she did an internship in Investment Banking.

Subsequently, she was a strategic consultant at Bain & Company, where she spent eight years leading teams in the execution of international consulting projects in different sectors of activity, with a special focus on organizational projects; she was Director of Human Resources for Europe at Russell Reynolds Associates for 5 years and Director of Professional Development for Spain and Portugal at McKinsey & Company for six years.

She joined Indra in 2018 as Global Human Resources Director at Minsait (an Indra Company).

She currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Indra, and member of the Management Committee.
